We are here to change how people see and understand dementia through education and by listening to those directly affected by it, as well as those around them.

Our focus
Enhanced Education:
Through our 'Family and Friends Caregiver Festival,' caregivers gain access to educational workshops, seminars, and resources designed to meet their specific needs. This initiative equips caregivers with practical skills, strategies, and knowledge to enhance their caregiving journey, ultimately improving the quality of care for dementia patients.
Strengthened Community
Connections:
Both initiatives serve as catalysts for building a strong, supportive network among caregivers. Through the Family and Friends Caregiver Festival and the Face to Face Walk for Memory, caregivers form meaningful connections, share experiences, and offer mutual encouragement. This sense of belonging and solidarity alleviates feelings of isolation and empowers caregivers with the support they need on their caregiving journey.
Vital Respite Support:
The 'Face to Face Walk for Memory' initiative offers caregivers essential respite support. By participating in this event, caregivers can take a break from their caregiving responsibilities, connect with others facing similar challenges, and rejuvenate their spirits. This time of respite is invaluable for caregivers' well-being, helping to reduce burnout and foster a renewed sense of energy and purpose.
